IP telephone exchange (IP PBX)

IP PBX is an electronic system that connects the telephone system within the company to an outside public telephone network as well as mobile networks. IP PBX allows audio and video communication and instant messaging (IM) through the tcp / ip protocol within the internal network, and also allows the output of the internal network to the public telephone network for telephone communication.
